| Bio-calculus project aims to create a theory of computer simulation language for biological phenomena, such as molecular interaction, cell-cell interaction, nucleus movements and etc. With the theory, we are developing a simulation language, bio-calculus with C++, and applies it to analyze biological phenomena in early C.elegans embryo. |
